1) Review Program website here and key Program documents and processes	Review the Program Guidebook Review the Consumer Protection Handbook Review the Customer Disclosure Form (required to be signed before every solar contract) Review the DG Informational Brochure (required to be provided to every customer at initial contact)
2) Request form by emailing [email protected] or get your ADD to help you get the document for you.
4) Palmetto will submit form to Program via an email.	Send the completed form to: [email protected]
5) Need to request and receive a Illinois Secretary of State Statement of Good Standing dated within the past 12 months. For additional information please check here.	This new requirement can be found in Section 2.G. (P. 39) of the 2024-25 Program Guidebook: You may submit your request in writing along with a $25 fee payable by check to Illinois Secretary of State to: Secretary of State Corporations Division, 501 S. Second St., 3rd Fl., Springfield, IL 62756.
6) Complete & Submit Minimum Equity Standard (MES) form to the Program Companies won't be granted access by the Program until this is complete. Companies that completed in the last 12 months are not required to re-file	All companies are required by State law to complete this form. Companies that previously completed this form in the last 12 month do not need to complete it again. The form is linked here Palmetto provides filing instructions for completing the form here
7) Submit confirmation and Designee ID number to Palmetto	Provide your designee number + screenshot of your confirmation email Upload via the prompt at help.palmetto.com, below.
8) Move onto Part B for each sales representative that is going to be selling in Illinois	Ensure all selling members complete requirement B Requirement B details are found here.
